The rules and guidelines for using FabricLab. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FabricLab (https://fabriclab.ai), operated by Sonata Unified (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using FabricLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
Service Description
FabricLab is a professional drapery calculation, job costing, and work order management platform designed for manufacturers, installers, and window treatment professionals. The service includes calculators for Ripple Fold, Pinch Pleat, Deco Panel, and Roman Shade styles, along with project management, PDF generation, and team collaboration features.
Account Registration
- You must sign in using a valid Google account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
- One person or business may not maintain multiple free-tier accounts to circumvent usage limits
Subscription Plans and Billing
3.1 Plans
FabricLab offers multiple subscription tiers (Trial, Basic, and Pro). Features and limits vary by plan. Current pricing and plan details are available on the billing page within the application.
3.2 Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. Per-seat billing applies to organization subscriptions, with prorated charges when members are added or tier changes are made mid-cycle.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Trial tier.
3.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Organizations and Teams
- Organization Super Admins and Admins can invite members, manage roles, and configure workroom settings
- Members within an organization share access to projects and configurations as determined by their role
- Organization subscriptions cover all members of that organization with per-seat billing
- Removing a member from an organization revokes their access to that organization’s data

Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
The FabricLab platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Sonata Unified. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
6.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of all project data, calculations, and content you create within FabricLab. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service.
Calculation Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy in all calculations, FabricLab is a professional tool and calculations should be verified by qualified professionals before use in production. We are not liable for errors in calculations, material estimates, or pricing that result from incorrect inputs, unusual configurations, or edge cases.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will attempt to notify users in advance. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonata Unified shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
