Sign up with your email — no credit card required. You get full access to Basic-tier features for 5 days. When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan to continue. Your data is preserved.

Basic and Pro are billed per active user in your organization. If you have 3 Basic users and 2 Pro users, you'll be charged 3 × CA$29 + 2 × CA$49 each month. You can mix and match tiers within a single workroom.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings. Stripe handles proration automatically — you only pay the difference for the remainder of the current billing period.

Cancel anytime from the customer portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You can re-activate at any time without losing your data.

No — Basic and Pro include AI Visualizer access (5 and 30 images per month respectively). The standalone Visualizer plan is for users who only need AI fabric visualization without the calculator.

Yes. All paid plans can purchase one-time credit packs starting at CA$8 for 10 credits. Unused credits never expire.

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Stripe will convert to your local currency at checkout if needed.

Yes. FabricLab runs on Google Cloud with enterprise-grade security, automatic backups, and OWASP-hardened APIs. Your projects and work orders are encrypted at rest and in transit.
